what kinds of film can you develop?

35mm (including all disposables) and 120, in both color and black and white. we don't currently develop ECN2 (cinema film) or E6 (color positive).

do you develop disposable cameras?

hell yeah we do!

how do I drop off my film?

we have a totally contactless, 24/7 dropbox located at 2612 McGregor Dr. in South Austin. You can watch this video to see how the process works, but there are also instructions inside!

can I mail you film?

hell yeah you can, we make it super simple. just fill out this form, drop your film in a package, slap on our label, and you'll be seeing your scans in no time!

what is your turnaround time?

same day for color film ⚡️ we don't give an hourly guarantee because it heavily depends on load, but all color orders dropped off before 2:00pm will be same-day. orders with black and white are 2-5 business days.

are you open on the weekends?

because it's just the two of us, we spend 60-70 hours developing film during the week, so we close during the weekends to stay sane! the dropbox is 24/7, all film dropped off during the weekend is regularly brought inside and processed when we're open.

what size digital scans do you offer?

we offer JPG by default with TIFF upgrades in small, high res, and maximum resolution (6600px across).

how do I get my negatives back?

you can pick them up from the dropbox by scheduling a pickup at this link, or we can mail them back to you!
